1. Using Magnitude Labs

By creating an account you agree to use Magnitude Labs apps for their intended business purpose and not to misuse, reverse engineer, or resell access to the platform without our written consent.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in INR via Razorpay and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period. There are no long-term contracts or lock-in.

3. Refund policy

We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods. If a charge was made in error, contact hello@magnitude-labs.ai within 7 days and we'll review it.

4. Your data

You own the data you put into Magnitude Labs apps. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and incidents will be communicated via the changelog where relevant.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email to active subscribers.
